Chainstay Fitting Adjustable Length Propstand

This propstand is esy to fit, works well and is good value.

The chainstay propstand is excellent easy to fit and use.
I have had to experiment with it as to whether it is better fitted near the bottom bracket or at the end of the stay near the hub.
I didn't find any problems with the fitting screws despite moving them a few times.
I wonder why the manufacturer doesn't supply advice with the propstand where they are best fitted.




I wondered why the manufactuer of the propstand doesn't enclose advice on what part of the stay to fit the stand.

The stand does what it says, it attaches to the rear stay with no problems and the length of the stand can be adjusted to suit the bike. The only bad point is the screw which is used for adjustment, it is soft and the head can be mashed easily when tightening. I did have to use a spanner to loosen it off first time as the screwhead wouldn't budge.
All in all though a good value stand which does the job perfectly alright.
