ConsFlexes
Mostly plastic construction, quite a lot of flex. Holds an ordinary hybrid up ok, but doesn't feel secure with a child on the kidseat.

ProsYou won't get better after sales service
Great after sales service from Hebie, Germany.
I tried to order a replacement part for my original cracked stand and they supplied me with a complete, new stand free of charge and without quibble.

Good But Not Perfect Tourer Stand

ConsCollects dirt, difficult to fix
ProsConvenient, strong construction, easy to fit
I have had two of these stands for 4 years. They are good for light of unloaded tourers but fall over with heavy loads unless perfectly balanced.
They collect dirt in the main body of the stand where the springs are with the result that the tongue flips to the wrong side of the cam and the legs jam in a non functioning position. This can be fixed by disassembling and re assembling using a vice and ratchet strap to compress, not possible on the road and difficult in the workshop.
The body of one of mine has cracked through trying to operate with grit/stone in it. Not sure there is anything better though.
