ConsNeed to buy the whole item if you only want the headset spacer

ProsFunctional, easy swap of mounts

I've bought 2 of these. I've used it to attach a SON light mount so I can easily swap my Edelux II light between bikes, it's cheaper than buying another SON mount as well.
If Minoura supplied the headset spacer part as a spare to buy separately that would be even better.

A well made bit of kit.

How strong?

Could you, for example mount a B&M Ixon IQ on it?

SJS Customer Service:

We have not fitted it before to confirm, you might be able to fit that B&M light in a similar way to the photos however as we haven't fitted it we cannot confirm.

I imagine you can be a bit more accurate than "strong but light"?

What Is The Internal Diameter Of The Headset Clamp?

Hi,

The headset clamp on this mount is designed to fit to 1 1/8" steerer tubes which are 28.6mm in diameter.
