I recommend this product

ProsStrong, secure fitting, made of metal. Bar can be rotated.

I bought this to attach a GoPro camera after a cheap plastic one broke. This is substantial, looks strong, can be rotated to horizontal or vertical and fixes very securely to a bar. After a couple of trips it hasn’t moved. Recommended.
