not really, better to use the Thorn Dropout Adaptor with Kickstand Mount - 18 mm (SJS Cycles part number : 49687) and a Pletscher ESGE KS18 Comp 18 Flex Stand - Black/Titan (SJS Cycles part number : 13208) RT

I don't think it will, you could use Chainstay Fitting Adjustable Length Propstand (SJS Cycles part number : 12552) or Yuen I Double Leg Propstand - Black - 27"/700c (SJS Cycles part number : 50204) RT 13/04/2020

Does this come with a rubber foot to prevent sinking in soft soil?

Will this stand fit around the flat mounted trp spyre brake on a kona sutra?

We do not have experience of that model / the fitting around that brake, there are many possible issues.
