Weldtite ball bearings and greases gives accuracy of the ball bearings and their ability to last and not shatter in use. Ball bearings are British and are accurate to 1 micron.
Pack containing 50 loose ball bearings.

ProsGood quality

I needed to service my Ritchey 1 inch threaded headset.The upper cup required a cage race with 1/8th diameter balls, however this isn't available. In view of this I reassembled the upper cup with loose 1/8th diameter balls leaving a one ball gap. This works very well.
