ConsOnly just enough grease
ProsExtra ball bearings in case I loose a couple.
Ball bearings and grease did the job on my old claud butler hybrid front wheel. Hopefully another 5 years cycling.

Replacement Rear Wheel Ball Bearings

Will these bearings replace the bearings in my omega single speed rear wheel hub? Think the current ball bearings are just under 5mm in diameter in the hub.

Hi, I've measured these 1/4 bearings & they do measure just under 5mm as per your originals. However I cannot say for definite that they will be correct as we do not stock the hub that you have & I couldn't find any technical information with regards to the hub online. Regards, Jamie
