ConsNot the lightest
ProsWork perfectly well
I restore classic steel bikes (a hobby not a business!) and these bottom brackets have been a perfectly acceptable substitute for Campag!

I recommend this product
ConsQuite heavy but it is a bargain.
ProsEasy to fit and seems decent quality.
This fitted easily and seems to run smooth. It is a good value item but not the lightest around, acceptable for the price.

Prosgood customer service and quality product
Having been quoted high price by my local cycle shops to replace the bottom bracket on my bike I decided to do the job myself, I ordered the item from SJS cycles who provided an excellent service, The bottom bracket was of a good quality and easy to fit with the right tools which can be bought quite cheaply off the internet, overall I saved myself a lot of money doing the job myself. I would definitely recommend SJS cycles.

No, as we do not offer this BB in 114mm length to suit

Hi, I'm using SA drum brake hub (item 29054) with a SA single-speed freewheel (giving 46mm chain line I think). Up front I have your crankset (item 43220) and a Thorn 42T single chainring (item 11053S42). I think a 116mm BB is needed. Is that correct?
SJS Customer Service:
This will be the best guess we would offer, until you bolt it all together its difficult to tell exactly.
