Whats the difference between this sleeve and the I,J,K, L etc?

I need a sleeve and have a 68mm BSA BB running Shimano cranks( 24mm spindle) and a Chris King Threadfit 24mm BB
Hello, Please refer to the Chris King website for BB part specifications. You will most likely need one of their fit kits.
