Is this is a replacement for my Hadon BB on my Dave Yates/ M Steel built Flying Scot tandem?

It is a pretty standard M Steel 1980's build but the Hadon eccentric BB that is in it is threaded and while it's OK for now I know I will soon have to replace before our next decent tour. Any help appreciated and thanks also for the SJS crank shortners for my son, work a treat.

As we have never sold Dave Yates bikes or even serviced one of these bikes we're going to have no way of knowing if this Eccentric bottom bracket shell insert will be suitable for your bike or not I'm afraid.

I can only order 'Full Speed Ahead FSA Alloy Eccentric Bicycle Bottom Bracket - 200-9030' from the US. Can this bracket be used instead?

Is It Two Pieces Or One Block?

Hi, I need to fit an EBB in an old tandem frame.
Problem is that the BB shell is 50.6 mm width.
If it your EBB is composed of two blocks, is it possible to "cut" the mid-section to make it narrow?

Unfortunately we have never had a Charge Duster here so we have no idea what the bottom bracket specification on your bike is I'm afraid. All we can recommend is looking at the dimensions of this item and comparing them to your current eccentric.

Unfortunately the specification for the bike you have provided does not give any information on the bottom bracket dimensions and as we have never sold Rocky Mountain bikes or even serviced one of these bikes we're going to have no way of knowing if this Eccentric bottom bracket shell insert will be suitable for your bike or not I'm afraid. The dimensions for this insert are listed within our description so we'd recommend checking those against the bottom bracket shell in your bike first. If they don't match up, all we can recommend is contacting "Greenover Sports" who are the current UK distributor for Rocky Mountain and they may be able to source a replacement but for a bike of that age there is no guarantee.
