SJS Customer Service:

Yes, such as SJS part 16507. Don't forget grease for the bearings and some anti-size compound before installing it into the frame!

Will Sjs Part No.38103 Work As A Substitute For Sjs Part No.22176.

Need to replace old square taper bottom bracket but only have modern tools, am i right in assuming that part no.38103 will work? or should i use the original neco bb as in your part no.22176.

This part can indeed be used instead, the only difference is the tools require for fitting.
