NO, as this will not space out enough for the chainset axle. Ideally, you need an MTB specific BB which will
A: be the correct thread and diameter for your frame
B: provide the correct spacing for the chainset relative to the chainline you wish to achieve.

Can this bb be used instead of a Shimano SM-BB6700 bb?

I've got 9 speed Tiagra with triple chain wheel.
The fitted bb is a SM-BB6700, but it seems to unavailable
