Do you do this to fit 83mm wide bb 30

I have a cannondale scalpel HT and would like the option for SS in winter

Sadly the bottom bracket is not available in that option. SK 09/05/23

Will this also work with Rotor 3D spindels as well, seeing that they are also 24MM?

SJS Customer Service:

As only as the frame is BB30 and the Crank Axle is 24mm this should be fine- however, we have not fitted this with Rotor cranks to confirm.
