Bought to simplify my life!
Cantilever brake blocks are getting rarer and costly. These will allow me to use the same inserts as I use with my V-brake bike. And hopefully wiil make the setting up process (always a fiddle with cantilever brakes) that much easier. So far so good.

Can use this on my Dawes galaxy tourer?

It currently has deore LX cantilever brakes but the inserts for these look more expensive than these more modern ones
I don't know if I've provided all the information you need. I don't have the bike with me at the moment, just the front brake pads. They are 62cm in length. I'd like brakes with inserts if possible.
These pads and holders will fit your brakes without any issues. SK 21/12/23
