Constook some tightening to fit bars.

Proscheap.

Cheap and cheerful bar end brake lever, that may not look as nice as some of the expensive stuff, but it does the job well.

Watch out for the 20mm internal width of the bars for fitting. I found that a lot of tighting was needed for a good fit.

Where Does The Brake Cable Go?

Does the brake cable go on the outside of the handlebars in an outer casing like normal aero levers or does it go inside the bars?

The cable is designed to be routed outside of the bars under the handlebar tape, the same as a normal set up.
