Of all the drop bar brake levers for use with V brakes which has the shortest reach for small hands.

an I use this with 26.0 drop bars?

I have asked this before, but was told it would only cope with bars up to 23.8. This seems odd, as it is clearly for drop bars, and I thought these were all 26 mm or 31 mm. The name says it, and the Dia-Compe web site shows them on ordinary drop bars.Thanks.

The handlebar clamp section in most cases is larger than the rest of the handlebar. These do not clamp on that section, so you will need to measure the area where they are to be fitted.

What diameter bars will these fit? I have Profile Designs which seem to be about 26.0

Cantilever Brakes

I'm a bit confused. The product detail states these are good for long reach cantilever brakes but in response to an earlier question the SJSC team suggest they are not compatible with cantilevers. Please can you clarify.

This is a slight error in our description, these levers use long cable pull so are designed for use with V-brakes.

Cantilever Brake Compatibility

I currently have wide profile Shimano Deore cantilever brakes on my tandem. Soon to be replaced with Pauls Neo Retro wide profile cantilevers.
Are these EVO V brakes fully compatible with traditional wide cantilever brakes?
