Can you use these for canti brakes?

Thank you for your enquiry, these are designed for V Brakes only and are not suitable for Canti brakes

Can you get them down to the same as the short reach Soma Aero Brake Levers?

The two levers have a very different lever blade, the EVO levers offer a fair range of reach adjustment, sadly Dia-Comp has not produced set measurements for this. SK 21/03/23

just to clarify , the clamp sizes are 23.8 ?
