Will These Fit A 31.8 Handlebar?

I need a pair of v-brake levers that will fit a 31.8 mm bullhorn handlebar. Will these fit, and if not, could you please tell me which ones will?

Hi,
These levers have a 22.2mm diameter clamp as most handlebars taper down to this size and are only 31.8mm at the stem clamp. It may be worth checking the diameter at the point you're going to be fitting the brake levers. If you're planning to fit them right by the stem and the diameter is definitely 31.8mm then there aren't any V-brake levers with the correct sized clamp I'm afraid.

If not any recommendations for straight handle bar brake levers that will fit, not too expensive please.
