What thread size is the bleed screw

I want to replace my existing brake levers and need a filler pot to collect the brake fluid as I fill the system, the pack I bought does not include the correct size thread.

Thread size of bleed screw 5mm.

Can I use this bleed screw on a deore m6120 front brake lever from a 2021 Nukeproof Mega 275 alloy?

Yes, only the caliper is M6120, the lever is BL-M6100 which this bleed screw works with.
