Can I use this with a Nitto Tallux NTC DX-225 1 Inch Quill Stem ?

Thank you for your enquiry. Yes you should be able to use one of these clamped around a 1 Inch quill stem however you would need our part number 31383 which is the 1 Inch version of the Funky Monkey Cable Hanger.

Is it silver polished or silver anodized?

Paul Components makes both, but their anodizing is rather a dull grey and that would just look wrong on my bike.
