Nomad MKII and III fit?

Does this size fit on the mark 2 momad in the back, and if so are there any other parts needed to be purchased in order to make it work. I would also like to know same answer for the Nomad Mk 3.
Lastly, what are the advantages of having this large diameter disk, compared to the 1800 or 160. I imagine the larger the disk the better the heat dissipation, and perhaps the clamping force is greater due to the greater leverage?
