Removable adjustable V-brake pivots for use on some forks including 700c / 650B Thorn MER853VC Steel Fork and the 700c / 650B Thorn ST Fork. Their flip-flop design allows the use of 650B or 26" tyres on a single set of forks. 45mm Centre to centre.
