Disc brake adapter that fits Frame or Fork Post Mounts to allow the fitting of Flat Mount Calipers.

Compatibility:
- For 160mm Post-Mount Fork use a 180mm Rotor
- For 140mm Post-Mount Frame use a 160mm Rotor
- Please note this adapter requires a minimum of 13mm clearance from the top of the post mount to the frame / fork
