Which cable for a M-type pre 2017

Unclear to me what is the difference between :

SJS Cycles part number : 31236
Manufacturer part number : QGCABDR-M[2]

and

SJS Cycles part number : 31239
Manufacturer part number : QGCABDR-M[3]

Which one would be to be to order for my pre-2017 M type 6-speeds ? By the way is there also a reference for the BWR cables ? Thanks
31236 is for SWB pre 2004 bikes.
31239 is for 2004-2016 bikes.
31234 is for 2004-2016 bikes - 3 speed gear.
