ProsGood quality, out performs more expensive cables

Replaced coated slick cable with this ss cable as the coated cable had started fur up as the coating started to detach and cause poor indexing, This is fourth time I've used these coated cables and they last no time at all before furring up. The stainless cable is easily as smooth and considerably cheaper, does not corrode and is lasting much longer. Why pay more?

This looks compatible with a rolloff internal shifter hub. Is that the case?

SJS Customer Service:

No, you need to use the Rohloff cable, nothing else is suitable. The nipple head is a hex, not round.
