The rack is great but the straps holding it to your pannier rack are weak and stretchy and inadequate. The ones to hold the luggage on are so bad that your goods could fall off while riding. Replace all these with toestraps or standard clipped straps or even bungees and it can work well. Especially if your luggage is hooked over the very top extension. The instructions are also hopeless. Finally I feel that if the lower curved part could fold in when empty then leaning the bike up would be easier but this does mean a slight redesign.
