Skewer size?

Divide front fit kit for skewer.
Says 9mm x 100mm. Is this skewer dimensions or hub? I’m assuming it’s the hub but thought I’d check. Skewer is 135mm x5 mm.

The skewer dimensions relate to the hub spacing and not to the actually dimensions of the QR. SK 08/11/24

Is this OMM SETQRF FIT KIT compatible with my OMM Elkhorn rack, to be attached to the front fork of my Ribble Hybrid AL (not electric bike)? Thanks
