ConsNot straightforward to fit on some 27.5 wheel bikes

ProsLooks well made. Panniers fit well. Good brand.

Surprising amount of bodging required to get this to fit. It's stated as being for a 27.5inch wheel bike too. The supplied stainless steel brackets to fix the front of the rack to the bike frame, are long and straight. But they require quite a bend (about 30°) to fit my 27.5 wheel MTB. Very solid once on, but not exactly plug and play! Otherwise all looks good. Takes panniers (Carradice) very nicely.

Will this fit a Specialized Sirrus X 2.0?

This should fit, it is designed to fit a wide range of disc brake equipped bikes, however we cannot confirm this 100% as we have not fitted it to your bike. SK 24/06/24

Can you use this if you don't have disc brakes?

As my next bike likely will have disc brakes would like to reuse.
