Is This To Keep Panniers On My Rack? My Pannier Often Falls Of My Rack When Cycling Over Bumps.

Can you recommend something to keep my pannier on my rack. Something that has a quick release system, unlike bungees, so I can remove quickly when needed.

Hi,

This is a spring for fitting to the top of the rack for attaching items and will unfortunately not help with the panniers. Without changing the entire rail and hook assembly of your panniers to one that clips into place there isn't a way of holding it in place without the use of bungees I'm afraid.
