Rack bolt attachments to fit this bungee

A while ago I bought some small angled square fittings that these bungees would hook onto, for fitting on the rack bolts or mudguard mount bolts - a small metal fitting. I thought I got them from you, but cannot find them on website. Fitted onto a family bike, now I need some for my own!! Can you identify them and are they still available? Thanks
