Hi, is this cassette compatible with a Shimano 9 speed freehub? Perhaps, I need a spacer to make it work? Thanks in advance.

Hi, as long as this is being used with a splined freehub and your existing cassette was 7 speed then yes this should act as a suitable replacement.
