Will this work as a replacement for MF-TZ07?

I have an old Pylon Saracen MTB which uses a Shimano MF-TZ07. Looking for an equivalent cassette to use a turbo trainer but can't find the same part. Would this work as a replacement?

Can I use this on Barracuda Oregon Featherlite?

Hi,
Hoping to do some touring/camping so need help on the climbs particularly. Transmission looks original to me with Shimano MF-TZ Cassette (I think), which is 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 28 with Shim Altus RD and SR Suntour 28, 38, 48 riveted chainset with an unmarked front derailleur. Would your 21, 26, 32 work and do the trick or a new chainset or ditch the Barracuda?
Many thanks

SJS Customer Service:
Its very hard to say, the issue is with an unbranded derailleur is not knowing the range it can work with. If you were to move forward with reducing the gearing then maybe a new front derailleur would be required.
Thanks

i am trying to decide between the HG50-7 and the HG200-7
HG50 only has option of 14-32 where as the HG200 has 12-32 which would be my preference.

SJS Customer Service:
Hi,
yes the HG200 should be a suitable replacement.
