Can this cassette replaces this Cues one in order to save some weight?

If you are running Cues the you will need to use a Linkglide cassette, these will always weigh more as they are designed to be more durable than a standard drive system. SK 27/12/24

What is the largest chain ring that can be used with this cassette? My current ring is 38t.

Following Shimano's tech documents it is advised to use a maximum 34T chainring.
