Will this work OK on a 5703 triple 10speed crankset (50-39-30) and FD5703 front mech?

Would the 26t and 28t both work, or just the 28T?The cassette is 12-30 with a RD5700 GS (83mm) rear mech.
We have not fitted this part to the FC 5703 chainring so I cannot confirm this- most likely no as the rounded profile around the bolt holes might not interface correctly with the spider.

are the teeth flush with the outboard edge of the chainring?

... or are the teeth offset inboard a mm or two? I tried replacing a FSA 30T ring with a Sugino 26T ring. The FSA ring has the teeth 1mm inboard from the outboard face of the ring, while the Sugino has the teeth flush with the outboard edge. With the Sugino, the chain rubs against the middle ring.

The photo of the Stronglight ring suggests that the teeth are offset, similar to my FSA. Can you tell me if this is true, and if so, what is the size of the offset?
Hi,

When replacing chain rings it is best to replace like for like to avoid anything like you mention happening. Each brand generally designs for use with their own chainsets and therefore adding something else generally causes a few issues.

Thanks
