90ID has a 90mm inner diameter between the tabs where as the normal rings have an 88mm inner diameter. This larger size is to allow fitting to some newer Shimano chainsets.

The description does not make it clear what the difference is between the standard version of this ring, and the 90ID. Please explain.
Hi,

Both rings have the bolts in the same place bu the 90ID has a 90mm inner diameter between the tabs where as the normal rings have an 88mm inner diameter. This larger size is to allow fitting to some newer Shimano chainsets.
