Details

TA only make their chainrings from the best 7075 T6 heat treated aluminium sheet. The teeth are cut in the traditional manner on a lathe which produces a much better and more accurate tooth form than pressing which is used by most chainring manufacturers.

- Middle rings can be used as inners on a double chainset

For 9/10 speed.

Can I use this with a Sugino triple?

Hello, my customer has a Sugino crank (5 arm, PCD 110mm) running 48/38/38 triple chainrings. Will this part fit as a replacement for the middle ring, please? The existing one is more like a Kung Fu fighting star!

As long as you definitely have the 110mm BCD sized chainring fitting then you should be fine to fit and use this chainring.

Middle Ring Used As Outer?

Can these middle rings be used as the outer in a 110BCD double configuration?

I'm toying with the idea of half-step gearing using either 34/36 or 36/38 up front.

Although not as neat as a dedicated outer ring, there is nothing stopping you using these middle rings as outer rings if you wanted to.
