Is this compatible with a Shimano Tiagra chainset?

My current 10 spd Tiagra double chainset has a 50T outer ring. I'd like to change this to 46T.
Hi,

This chainring will fit to your chainset and will work with your 10spd set up. You will need to adjust your front derailleur though to make sure it can't over shift though.
