Shimano GRX FC-RX600 2x11s, 46-30T

Hi
I’m building a gravel bike and have the above chain wheel plus GRX mechs.
Unfortunately, the 46T chainring means that the front mech would need to sit right where there is a bottle mount.
Can you please advise if this 40T chainring could be substituted for the 46T ring, which would then allow (I think) the mech to fit at right height?

No, this is a narrow wide, for 1X drivechain, not for 2X.
