Would this fit an Acera M361 4-arm crank as the inner ring?

Thanks for your quick answer on the similar chainring!
I'm looking for a replacement inner ring for an FC-M361 crankset - is there something specific which limits this ring to use with a Deore crank? Looks like the same BCD, and it's for a four-arm spider...thanks for your help.
