Can I use this on a Moulton with Sturmey Archer 8 speed hub gear?
By Ian Bishop

I'm planning to change the 20T fitted sprocket for 25T on the X-RF(8)W hub gear (32T chainwheel). Reckon I'll need about a 96 link chain. If I shorten this longer one, can I still use its Power Link please? Anything else I might need to know?

Hi there,
You would need the 98 link chain, however as we haven't tried to fit it to your combination, we would not know if you would need to remove links or not I'm afraid.
Thanks.

Is this the correct chain to use with the 13/16T Bwr 6spd Wide Ratio sprocket set?
SJS Customer Service:
Hi,
If you have the lowered gearing on your bike (44T front chainring) then this is the correct chain, if you have the standard gearing (50T front chainring) then you'll need the the 100 link version which is SJSC part number 13748 and if you have the raised gearing (54T front chainring) then you'll need the 102 link version which is SJSC part number 13750.
Thanks.
