I recommend this product
I've used Shimano and SRAM chains for years and they've always performed well. I think SRAMs reusable power links give them the edge, however. Remember to remove the factory applied grease!

I always use these for my commuter. Reliable and value for money as an everyday chain. SRAM power links are great, I don't know why anyone would ever not want to use them.

Suitability

Maybe I should have asked is this chain suitable for the rear crank end with the gears for a Tandem. Would this chain in the correct length also be suitable for the joining cranks.
Hi,

Yes this chain could be used for the gearing providing its a 7 or 8spd system. Yes this chain when at the correct length could also be use to connect the stoker and captain chainsets providing they're both running 3/32" chanrings.

Thanks.
Would You Say This Chain Is Suitable For A Tandem

Hi,

In theory this chain could be used for a tandem, you would need to use more than one though depending on the chain set up and length required.

Thanks.
