Is this suitable to replace a FSA Omega compact chainset?

The bike is a 2010 Pinnacle road bike with a 68mm wide bottom bracket shell. The crank arm is marked "FSA CK-4000" and the bottom bracket "Mega Exo BB-4000". What bottom bracket would be most suited? Thanks.
Yes, for durability I would suggest the Shimano Dura-Ace BB-9000 HollowTech II Bearing Cups (SJS Cycles part number : 34420ENG) RT 100420
Will this fit a 73mm frame?

Yes, this would be compatible, although you would need to get a hollow tech II bottom bracket that would fit.

We would not recommend it, it is designed for 10 speed. It is likely to cause poor shifting if used with any other speed.

Can I use this with a BB7141B pressfit Bottom Bracket?

This chainset is designed to be used with Hollowtech II bottom bracket cups so it wouldnt work with a pressfit im afraid.

Is there a 165mm crank length option?

I'm trying to replace a 165mm 52/36 on my wife's bike with a 50/34 but everywhere I look I can't find the 165mm length? Is it not available?
Hi,

Unfortunately the Tiagra FC-4700 chainset was never produced in a 165mm length, so we can only offer 170mm, 172.5mm and 175mm I'm afraid.

I find the gearing with the 50T outer too high for my age and am trying to lower it.
You can FIT the Shimano Ultegra FC-6800 110mm BCD 4 Arm Outer Chainring - MB Type - 46T (our item # 36337) although the shifting MAY not be quite so slick. You'll also need some bolts such as # 38698
