Can I use this with Brompton?

Thank you for your enquiry, yes will be ok but you may need to replace the bottom bracket.

Is to possible to achieve a chainline of 41-42mm. If so what length of bottom bracket?

It is possible, but we have not got a test mule to build these up and work out the length, sorry!
