Actual threaded length?

Is the threaded length actually 12.5mm? Looking for 13/14mm to use on a double where the inner ring has threaded holes (it is a raceface I think). I measured the required length of threaded section at about 14mm.

SJS Customer Service:

The shaft, ignoring the head is 11mm, the threaded section is 6mm of that.

Hi, these are M8. However you could use Shimano Deore XT FC-M782 Inner Chainring Fixing Bolts - M8 x 8.5mm - Y1NV98040 our part 37125 which Shimano suggest and are cheaper. Thanks
