Just as advertised - it's not easy finding this part and SJS Cycles delivered very quickly. The one downside is that it does not come with the little ring that fits inside, which I didn't notice when I ordered, so I just used the old one. It's the plastic that wears out anyway.

What is the corresponding spacer that fits the SM-BBR60 bottom bracket?

I changed the bb from BB-6700, which had a bigger outer diameter. Now the spacer is not fitting / is overlapping the outer cap of the BBR60.

Which side faces outward?

For a shimano FC-5703, should the side of the spacer shown in the picture face outward or inward? And should it be placed on the non drive side between the bottom bracket and the frame or between the bottom bracket and the left crank arm?

Shimano installation manual says "For the FC4603/R563,insert a spacer and a ring.". Does this spacer comes with one?

The ring is not included with this spacer I'm afraid. They are sold separately and are SJSC part 24989.
