The measurements between the 4 screws is two at 115mm and two at 120mm
This will only fit the chain set listed in the description below.

Will Shimano Tourney TX FC-TX801 Chain Guard & Fixing Screws - 42T - Y1PZ98020 fit my shimano FC-ty701 chain wheel?
Hi we can not confirm if it will fit, we do not have a FC-TY701 chain wheel.
