Will these fit Phil's BB and suging pista crank

I have a Phil wood JIS Shimano 103 mm BB and a Saigon pista crank. Will these fit? Also can you recommend some nice covers for this combination?

All crank bolts we have with an 8mm thread will only be 15mm in length I'm afraid.
