Fits 28.6mm seat tube only. Handmade, allows a childs crankset to be fitted part way up the rear seat tube. Powdercoated and lacquered. Supplied with a 122.5 mm Sealed B/B Bearing.

I used them on a steel frame tandem for 2 years. Our daughter used it from age 5 to 7. Easy to install. Sticks like welded.
