Would this work with a 9 speed, 3 chainring?Trying to replace a SRAM X5

SJS Customer Service:
As it is 10 speed, it is unlikely to work.
Look here, just match the fitting / cable pull - https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/derailleurs-front-mtb/?speed=9&type=triple
Thanks

Can I use this with drop bar shifters?
By Jonathan Foster
27 Jul 2020
Road bike previously upgraded with drop bar shifters, triple chain ring (44 largest), 10 speed rear. I need to replace a seized front derailleur (the one seized is no longer available) and it looks from the description that this might work. Any view welcome.
SJS Customer Service:
This would work with MTB pull drop bar shifters, if you have road pull shifters one of these may work - https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/derailleurs-front-road/?speed=10&type=triple
(we would need to know clamp type etc to confirm a single item)

By M McGregor

SJS Customer Service:
This may work but not perfectly, the mech is designed for ring sizes 44-48 so will no be quite the right shape to provide correct shifting.
