No, 50T is the largest outer ring.

Weird mixture of shimano gears and campag chainset
I cannot say since your mixing Shimano and Campagnolo. Total capacity is 20t and top gear capacity is 50t.

Yes, this would work, but the shifting probably wont be as good as with a 50t ring.
